Richard Ragan’s science fiction novel, No Time: Twisted Ladders, is now available through Amazon in both Kindle and print editions. The novel is set in a dystopian landscape reminiscent of Atwood and Orwell’s visions of the future, in which the Genetic Revolution has given the rich a greater advantage over the lower classes than ever before.
